Jacob Nhlapo is the Chairman of Right to Belong Enterprise. He is a Pharmacist by profession, currently running his own Pharmacy in Emalahleni - Witbank, Mpumalanga Province, which he started in 2010. Jacob has a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) from University of Limpopo (MEDUNSA), completed in 2006. Jacob has a vast practical experience in running the pharmacy business. Mr Nhlapo has experience in manufacturing of medicines, hospital and retail pharmacy which he has acquired before starting his own business. He is a registered Pharmacist with the South African Pharmacy Council.

Steven Mokoena has a wealth of marketing expertise. He is in charge of planning and managing all advertising and communication initiatives (including those for the company's exhibitions and promotional events on social media, television, etc.). He specializes in carrying out market research and analysis to assess trends, brand recognition, and business endeavors in the competitive market. .
